Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At KUNMAZI, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that your product reaches you in excellent condition.
Exchanges
KUNMAZI allows product exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed.
We follow universally prevalent shoe-size standards and provide size information to help you select the perfect fit. However, if you would still like to exchange your pair for a different size or another pair, please inform us within 48 hours of product delivery.
The product must reach us in its original, unused condition and original packaging.
An exchange request will not be entertained if the product is:
- Damaged or torn
- Used or worn
- Altered or modified
- Returned without its original packaging
Exchange Charges
Full-Priced Products
The first exchange is completely free for products purchased at their full price.
If a customer requests a second exchange for the same order, an exchange charge of ₹150 per pair will apply.
Sale Products
For products purchased at a sale/discounted price, an exchange charge of ₹150 per pair will apply from the first exchange.
If more than one pair is being exchanged, the charge will be calculated at ₹150 per pair.
Exchange Value
You may exchange your product for the same product or another product of equal or higher value.
If you choose a product of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference in price, along with any applicable exchange charges.
Products of a lower value will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference.
No Refunds
KUNMAZI does not offer refunds for orders once placed. All eligible requests will be handled through our exchange policy only.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact KUNMAZI within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by KUNMAZI.
Important: Please retain the original product and packaging until your exchange request has been completed.
