KUNMAZI provides this website, including all information, tools, products and services available through this site to you, the user, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced on this website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws while using our Service.

Product images are provided for representation purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity or other prohibited purposes may be restricted or cancelled, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 6 – PAYMENT

Payments for orders will be processed through the payment methods made available on our website.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a ₹150 COD charge applies as specified in our Shipping Policy.

All applicable prices and charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

For domestic orders in India:

Products with available sizes are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Delivery for available-size products generally takes 5–6 working days.
Pre-ordered pieces are generally crafted and delivered within approximately 7–8 days.
Shipping is free for products purchased at MRP/full price, subject to the terms stated in our Shipping Policy.
A ₹150 COD charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

For international orders:

International shipping charges are based on the number of pairs ordered.
International orders normally take approximately 7–10 working days to be delivered after dispatch.
Customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
KUNMAZI does not provide free shipping or reverse pickups for international orders.
International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund, subject to applicable law.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond KUNMAZI's reasonable control.

SECTION 8 – EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

KUNMAZI does not offer refunds for orders once placed, except where a refund is required under applicable law.

Eligible domestic product exchanges are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For domestic orders:

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery.
The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Products that are damaged, torn, used, worn, altered or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.
The first exchange for a full-priced product is free.
For sale/discounted products, an exchange charge of ₹150 per pair applies from the first exchange.
A ₹150 per pair exchange charge applies to a second exchange for full-priced products.
Exchanges may be made for the same product or another product of equal or higher value.
If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference and any applicable exchange charge.
Products of lower value are not eligible for a refund of the difference.

For international orders, KUNMAZI does not offer exchanges or refunds and does not provide reverse pickups, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to the KUNMAZI name, logo, branding, product photographs, graphics, text, designs, images, videos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to KUNMAZI unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or may use third-party services.

KUNMAZI is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability or practices of third-party websites or services.

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, photographs, comments or other content to KUNMAZI, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

Where permitted by applicable law, you grant KUNMAZI permission to use customer-submitted feedback or reviews for legitimate business, marketing or promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and any other policies displayed on our website, constitute the terms governing your use of the KUNMAZI website and purchase of our products.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the applicable law will prevail.
