At KUNMAZI, we carefully pack every order to ensure that your products reach you safely and in excellent condition.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – INDIA

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free for products purchased at MRP/full price.
• A ₹150 COD charge will apply to orders placed using Cash on Delivery.
• Shipping charges for sale/discounted products may be applicable as communicated at the time of purchase.

Dispatch & Delivery

• Products with available sizes are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours.
• Delivery for available-size products within India generally takes 5–6 working days.
• Pre-ordered pieces are specially crafted and delivered within approximately 7–8 days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service and other circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to customers across the globe.

• International shipping charges are standard across countries, except India, and are based on the number of pairs in the order.
• International shipping charges may vary depending on the number of pairs being shipped.

Number of Pairs – International Shipping Charges

• Up to 3 pairs – ₹2,900
• 4 to 6 pairs – ₹5,800
• 7 to 9 pairs – ₹8,700

For orders exceeding 9 pairs, please contact KUNMAZI for applicable shipping charges.

International orders normally take approximately 7–10 working days to be delivered after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and local courier services.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Depending on your location and the customs laws of your country or region, you may be required to pay import duties, customs charges, taxes or other applicable fees.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the international shipping charges paid to KUNMAZI.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We do not provide free shipping, reverse pickups, or exchanges for international orders.

For international orders, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

All international orders are considered final sale once placed.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances such as courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete address details, or other events beyond KUNMAZI's control.
